VP of Operations & Logistics (COO-track)
Location: NYC Metro/Hybrid
Comp: $200K–$275K base
Type: Full-Time
This is a scale role, not a maintenance role.
The business is growing quickly and needs a senior operator to bring structure, discipline, and consistency across a complex, execution-heavy environment.
You’ll own the full service engine. Logistics, field ops, production, staffing, and delivery all roll up here.
What you’ll drive:
Build and implement scalable operational systems
Align sales, accounts, and delivery into one execution model
Improve margins and eliminate operational inefficiencies
Reduce risk across national programs
Establish accountability, process, and leadership structure
Build and develop a strong operations leadership bench
What matters:
Deep experience in experiential, live events, or production-heavy environments
You’ve helped scale a business and felt the pressure that comes with it
Strong operator with financial awareness and margin discipline
Able to zoom out strategically while staying close to execution

Senior Account Executive, Experiential & Visual Solutions
Location: Danbury, CT/Hybrid
Comp: $130K–$250K+ OTE (uncapped)
Type: Full-Time
If you’ve sold into experiential, large-format print, or branded environments, this will feel familiar.
You’re building and growing revenue. Simple as that.
What you’ll own:
New business across agencies and brand teams
Expansion within existing accounts
Large-scale activations, installations, and branded environments
Your pipeline, your book, your number
What matters:
Experience selling into agencies, brands, or experiential environments
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle
Motivated by performance and upside
